Structure: A mixing tank consists of a shell, a cover, an agitator, a supporting device, a driving device, and a shaft seal device. A heating unit or cooling unit can be added according to process requirements. Carbon steel or stainless steel can be used as the raw material for the shell and cover of agitation tank, the agitator, and shaft seal, according to different process requirements. The shell and cover of mixing tank may adopt flange seal connection or welded connection. Feed opening, discharge opening, observation hole, thermometer hole, pressure tap, steam hole, and safety vent can be added to the shell and cover of mixing tank, according to process requirements. A driving device (motor or decelerator) is installed above the tank cover. The agitator in the mixing tank is driven by a transmission shaft. The shaft seal device may use mechanical seal, packing, or labyrinth seal, etc. (determined according to customer requirements). Various types of agitators, including paddle agitator, anchor agitator, gate type agitator, and spiral agitator, etc. are adoptable, according to different production requirements.
The tank also can be heated or cooled jacket and insulated according to the production requirements. The heating meidums can be hot water, steam, oil. The heating way can be steam or electricity.
